The Workplace Relations Commission found that the limited company named in a linked case was the truck driver’s correct respondent, and issued no decision against the haulage company in this case. The decision was dated 3 April 2018. The driver’s solicitor had brought complaints concerning employment terms, working time, dismissal, wages and redundancy against several respondents because he was unsure which was correct and wanted any compensation to be recoverable. The complaints against the respondent in this case were not determined on their merits.
