A restaurant manager was entitled to minimum notice, two weeks’ unpaid holiday pay and statutory redundancy after the restaurant closed and the company went into liquidation. The WRC decision was dated 31 August 2017. The WRC based the notice and redundancy entitlements on employment from 15 June 2011 to 18 July 2016 and gross weekly pay of €454. It stated that the holiday pay was €908. The redundancy entitlement was subject to verification of insurable employment.
