The WRC rejected a driver and general operative’s unfair dismissal, minimum notice and employment terms complaints after he failed to attend the resumed hearing; the merits were not decided. The decision, dated 12 December 2017, says the worker and his representative did not attend on 4 October 2017 despite written notice. All three complaints were found not well founded.
