The WRC found that a maintenance worker’s minimum-notice claim against a spa and wellbeing centre did not succeed. The decision was dated 8 May 2017. He said he was told a week before his employment ended that it would finish the following week. The adjudicator found that he was entitled to one week’s notice and had received it, so the claim failed.
