The Workplace Relations Commission ordered a warehouse distributor to pay a warehouse assistant €3,986.30 in compensation for unpaid wages, holiday pay and notice pay. The decision was dated 7 June 2017. The assistant claimed €3,254.30 for outstanding wages and holiday pay, plus €366 in notice pay. The distributor did not attend the hearing. On the assistant’s uncontested evidence, the adjudicator found the complaint well founded and required payment within 42 days.
