The WRC recommended that a senior administrator’s complaint about her dismissal by a financial company should fail. The recommendation was dated 5 July 2017. The administrator said she was bullied and dismissed unfairly during probation. The company said it provided training and support, set performance standards and paid her in lieu of notice. The officer found that she did not meet those standards, that fair procedures were followed and that there was no evidence supporting the bullying allegation.
