The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found it had no jurisdiction over a relief kitchen assistant’s constructive dismissal complaint because she had not resigned when she filed it. The decision was dated 30 August 2017; the merits were not decided. She alleged she had been constructively dismissed on 18 September 2016 and lodged her complaint on 4 November. She resigned from the nursing home on 27 November 2016, after filing the complaint.
