The Workplace Relations Commission awarded a junior software developer €240 in withheld wages. Adjudication Officer Gaye Cunningham dated the decision 21 August 2017. The complainant said he received full pay for four of nine working days and only partial pay for the remaining five. The WRC found the Payment of Wages complaint well founded and required the company to pay the €240. The company did not attend the hearing.
