The Workplace Relations Commission found that three complaints against a tanning salon failed for lack of prosecution after the complainant did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 20 September 2017; the merits were not decided. The complaints concerned written terms of employment and two working-time matters. The respondent attended, but the complainant gave no explanation for her absence. The WRC said the complaints failed because she did not attend.
