The WRC awarded an agency worker €1,000 after finding the agency breached requirements for written employment terms. Adjudication Officer Eugene Hanly dated the decision 2 May 2017. The worker’s holiday and redundancy complaints failed. The officer found the worker had been paid in full for his holidays and that the agency complied with the rules on holiday timing. The agency had paid €805.20 in holiday pay after the hearing. The redundancy complaint also failed: the officer found the worker had resigned and no redundancy situation had arisen.
