The WRC found that a cleaning operative remained employed by a cleaning company after her name was left off the list sent to a new contractor. The company did not attend the hearing. Adjudication officer John Tierney accepted the worker’s uncontested evidence and dated the decision 14 December 2016. The complaint concerned the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations and her employment at the National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks.
