The WRC dismissed a worker’s race discrimination, victimisation and harassment claims against an airline, finding no prima facie case for any of them. The decision was dated 16 November 2016. The worker said she faced unfair treatment and bullying, including difficult assignments and unresolved workplace concerns. The airline denied discrimination and said duties were rotated fairly and her grievance was being investigated. At the hearing, she accepted that her Hungarian background had no bearing on her complaints.
