The Workplace Relations Commission upheld a restaurant worker’s complaint that he had not received a written statement meeting the requirements of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act. The adjudicator awarded him €25. The decision was dated 30 January 2017. The restaurant could not show that it had complied with the law.
