The WRC found a driver’s redundancy complaint against a distributor not well founded after he confirmed that he had no complaint under the Redundancy Payments Act and his employment had not ended by reason of redundancy. The decision was dated 23 November 2016. He said he had intended to complain about alleged unpaid wages and holiday pay, but accepted those matters could not be dealt with under the redundancy complaint before the adjudicator.
