The Workplace Relations Commission ordered an employer to pay an administrator €461.73 net in unpaid wages and holiday pay. The decision was dated 16 November 2017. The administrator said she was owed pay for 16 working hours and 26.56 hours of holiday pay in her final week. The WRC found the complaint well founded on uncontested evidence. The employer did not attend the original hearing or a later rescheduled hearing. The complainant also did not attend the later hearing.
