The WRC rejected a hospital doctor’s €865.23 claim for unpaid Sunday and overtime premiums and an additional public holiday payment. The decision was dated 28 March 2017.
The WRC found her contract provided a single extra payment for Sunday and public holiday hours, including overtime, and that she had received the time-and-a-half overtime due. It also found the contract provided an additional leave day for public holidays and that she had already received that benefit.
