The WRC ordered a company to pay a marketing assistant €1,923.51 in outstanding wages. Adjudication officer Kevin Baneham dated the decision 10 August 2016. The assistant said wages from August 2015 until her employment ended on 30 October, as well as notice pay, remained unpaid. She had received €2,000 as a part-payment. The company did not attend the hearing. Baneham found that €1,923.51 remained due and ordered the company to pay that amount under the Payment of Wages Act.
