The Workplace Relations Commission struck out a worker’s unfair dismissal case for want of prosecution after he did not attend the hearing. Adjudication officer Niamh O’Carroll Kelly dated the decision 1 August 2017. The officer was satisfied that the worker had notice of the hearing; the merits were not decided.
