The respondent accepted that the sums were owed, and the adjudicator found all three complaints well founded. The adjudicator also found a complaint about receiving a signed statement of employment terms partly well founded and recommended €300 compensation. The respondent had left a signed copy in the dentist’s workplace but should have ensured she formally received it.
