The Workplace Relations Commission awarded a sales manager €535 net after finding her employer unlawfully reduced her hours and pay. The decision was dated 25 May 2016. The manager said her five-day week was cut to three days without her agreement. The employer said business needs required fewer hours and that she had refused a modified role. The adjudication officer found the complaint well founded for the 2.5-week period from 30 November to 16 December 2015.
