The Workplace Relations Commission accepted the late filing of a constructive dismissal complaint by a worker against A Company Limited by Guarantee, but found the complaint not well founded. Adjudication Officer Michael Hayes dated the decision 11 May 2016. He found the respondent had not been told of a grievance before the worker resigned and had acted honourably and reasonably.
