The WRC found a worker’s unfair dismissal, contract information and minimum notice complaints were out of time in a decision dated 12 May 2016. The merits were not decided. The worker said he had been dismissed after a workplace injury and was owed four weeks’ notice. His representative sought time to provide reasons for the late referral, but no submission followed. The WRC found it had no jurisdiction to investigate the complaints.
