The WRC dismissed a claimant’s complaints under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act and the Industrial Relations Acts after she did not attend the hearing. Adjudication Officer Kevin Baneham dated the decision 11 May 2016. The complaints failed for want of prosecution by the complainant; the merits were not decided.
