The WRC dismissed an electrician’s constructive dismissal complaint against an engineering company, finding he had little basis to end his employment and that the company acted reasonably. Adjudication Officer Pat Brady dated the decision 19 May 2016. The electrician alleged bullying and harassment, including late calls and a lack of action on grievances. The WRC found he had not fully pursued the grievance process and declined an alternative appeal hearing. It also dismissed his complaint about written employment terms, finding his job had not materially changed. A working-time complaint was withdrawn at the hearing.
