The Workplace Relations Commission awarded a worker €1,500 after finding she was constructively dismissed from her job at a hospitality business. The decision was dated 29 April 2016 by Adjudication Officer Ray Flaherty. The respondent did not attend the hearing, and the WRC accepted the worker’s uncontested evidence. It found she had reasonable grounds to conclude she could no longer continue working for the respondent.
