The Labour Court recommended that Global Shares Ireland Limited pay a worker €5,000 in full and final settlement of her dismissal dispute. The decision was signed on 9 November 2015. The worker said colleagues bullied and harassed her and the company failed to address it. Global Shares said it ended her employment during probation on suitability grounds. The Court found the company’s handling of the issues fell short of the standards it had set for itself and on which she was entitled to rely.
