The Labour Court recommended that an HSE worker use an appeal procedure to seek regularisation of additional hours at Clinical Nurse Manager 1 level. The decision was signed on 29 October 2015. The worker said she had performed CNM1 duties and sought to have 11.5 hours a week regularised at that grade. The HSE said those hours were worked at Senior Staff Nurse level alongside her job-sharing CNM1 role. The Court recommended that she participate in the procedure and recorded the HSE’s assurance that she could apply after the application window closed. A separate claim for compensation for alleged obstructive and unreasonable conduct failed.
