The Labour Court upheld a €750 award to a worker at Marks & Spencer (Ireland) Ltd after her appeal over the handling of her bullying complaints failed. The decision was signed on 31 July 2013. The worker had complained about a colleague and her line manager. The Court found that information about the investigation had been supplied in line with the company’s Dignity at Work Policy and that the policy did not breach the workplace bullying Code of Practice.
