The Labour Court upheld a recommendation that a worker and HSE Corporate Services (Health Services Partnership Forum) close their claims against each other over office accommodation costs. The decision was dated 3 July 2012. The worker, a former Partnership Facilitator with the Health Services National Partnership Forum, appealed the Rights Commissioner's recommendation. She sought reimbursement for office space and equipment she said she had paid for herself, putting her full expenses at €5,000 and offering to bear half. HSE argued that a waiver she signed under the voluntary redundancy scheme barred redress. The Court upheld the recommendation to draw a line under the issue. A separate dispute about her redundancy figures had already been settled and was not before the Court.
