The Labour Court was satisfied the South Eastern Health Board had removed five allegations about a social worker from its records and that they would not form part of future consideration. The decision was dated 22 May 2003. The worker had appealed over the Board's compliance with a recommendation to withdraw and expunge a letter containing the allegations. At the hearing, the Board confirmed the letter had been removed from its files and would not be re-entered. The Court requested written confirmation from the three managers who made the complaint that they would not re-enter it.
