1. The demolition of an existing single-storey wing containing the kitchen, utility room and office; 2. Internal alterations and reconfiguration of the existing dwelling at ground and first-floor levels; 3. The change of use and conversion of an existing single-storey stable building to provide a one-bedroom guest suite; 4. The construction of 2 no. first-floor extensions over existing ground-floor accommodation, together with associated internal alterations, to provide 4 no. bedrooms at first-floor level; 5. The construction of a single-storey extension to the south of the main dwelling, providing an open-plan kitchen, pantry, boot room and bathroom; 6. The construction of a detached storey-and-a-half outbuilding providing a games room, domestic office and garage at ground-floor level, with a multipurpose studio space at attic level; 7. The construction of a detached single-storey gym building; 8. The formation of a landscaped parking courtyard, together with associated patio areas, landscaping and gardens to the east, west and south of the existing dwelling; 9. The installation of a new wastewater treatment system to serve the proposed development; and 10. All associated site development, drainage, landscaping and ancillary works
