the amalgamation of the approved commercial areas 156m2 and 195m2, on the ground floor of building 1, to create a single combined shop with a floor area of 355m2, the proposed shop will operate as a retail convenience store, these commercial areas form part of a previously approved application for permission, Wicklow County Council Register Reference 21/731, An Bord Pleanála Reference ABP 314322-22. building 1 of the approved application for permission is now referred to as block 2.
