(a) new two storey golf maintenance shed (approx.982m2 total floor area) comprising machinery storage, workshop, tool storage, loading area, changing rooms, canteen, offices and associated ancillary staff welfare accommodation: (b) upgrading of the existing vehicular entrance to provide a new recessed vehicular entrance: (c) landscaping above the building to include new staff car parking, hardstanding areas, bicycle parking and wash-down area; (d) connection to the existing wastewater treatment plant serving the overall golf course development: (e) connection to all other existing site services and all associated development works
