the demolition of the existing prefabricated building and associated site works, and the construction of a new single-storey school building of approximately 230m², together with two soft play areas of approximately 50m² each located to either side of the proposed building, the proposed development will also include all associated site development works, including the removal of existing trees and dense vegetation to the rear of the existing prefabricated building to facilitate the construction of the proposed school building, together with associated site works, the proposed development is located at St. Patrick’s Loreto Primary School, Vevay Road, Bray, County Wicklow, and is situated within the vicinity of Protected Structure Wicklow RPS-B105. An Ecological Impact Assessment Report, an Appropriate Assessment Screening Report along with a Conservation Report and Heritage Impact Assessment have been submitted as part of the planning application
