proposed housing development of 44 no. residential units comprising of 40 no. 2 & 3 bed terraced houses (2 storey) and 4 no. 1 & 3 bed simplex/duplex units in 2 no. 3 storey blocks, extension to existing childcare facility at ‘Lorrin Lodge’ of approx. 59sq.m and proposed vehicular and pedestrian access through ‘Lorrin Lodge’ onto the Newcastle Road (R761), together with all associated site development works including estate roads, footpaths, car parking, bins & bicycle storage, boundary treatment, services infrastructure including watermains, foul sewerage, surface water drainage and on-site attenuation tanks with connections into existing surface water drain and piped services infrastructure in the immediate vicinity
