We, Wichol Ltd, intend to apply for planning permission for the proposed development of 75No. Dwellings consisting of 4No. 1 Bed Maisonette Dwellings, 4No. 2 Bed Maisonette Dwellings, 4No. 2 Bed Semi Detached 2 Storey Dwellings, 6No. 2 Bed Terraced 2 Storey Dwellings, 2No. 2 Bed Semi Detached Bungalows Dwellings, 13No. 2 Bed Terraced Bungalows Dwellings, 2No. 3 Bed Detached 2 Storey Dwellings, 16No. 3 Bed Semi Detached 2 Storey Dwellings & 24No. 4 Bed Semi Detached 2 Storey Dwellings. Development is to include vehicular connections to the existing road network on Sparrow Road, proposed internal roads and pathways, alterations to existing levels, site landscaping, boundary treatments, pedestrian access and all ancillary site development and excavation works, all at Sparrow Road, Dunlavin, Co. Wicklow.
