change of use and extension of the existing garage, including the provision of a new roof; the demolition of the existing side extension and its replacement with a new single-storey side extension to the existing dwelling, the widening of one existing vehicular entrance gate to the front of the dwelling, the modification of the second existing vehicular entrance gate to reduce the vehicular opening and provide a pedestrian entrance, and all associated site development works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
