as-built amendments to the development, as permitted under Wicklow County Council Reg. Ref. 18/965 (as amended by Reg. Ref. 19/183), comprising: 1.a single-storey front extension of (c.3.5 sq.m) to the entrance porch; 2.a reduction and reconfiguration of the permitted non-habitable attic storage area, including the omission of the permitted dormer window, the provision of a rooflight in its place and a revised roof profile with a slight increase in overall ridge height; 3.elevational and fenestration alterations to the side elevations; 4.the provision of a flat-roofed canopy to the side elevation; 5.revisions to the permitted vehicular /pedestrian entrance arrangement and associated front boundary treatment, including revised gates, piers and walls; and 6.all associated site development, drainage, landscaping and ancillary works, retention permission is also sought for as-built amendments to the detached home office, as permitted under Wicklow County Council Reg.
