remove existing single storey detached building and old boundary wall to east of site, remove existing soil to create new ground levels along east side of property, relocate front door, erect a new ground floor extension to the front, side and rear of the property, comprising of kitchen utility room, bathroom & pantry room with a flat roof and roof window, a new first floor extension to front, side and rear of the property, comprising of 1 bedroom, en-suite and wardrobe area, new balcony to front & side of property with safety handrail, new safety handrail to existing rear balcony, new retaining wall along east boundary and all associated site works
