1. construction of below ground storage tank and associated infrastructure, services and connections pipework (including to existing emergency overflow (and installation of tidal valve) to watercourse) and ducting, pedestrian (maintenance) access paths, manholes / chambers, vent stack (6 metre high), principally on the extended site beneath the existing public open space area in Bollarney Woods to rear / north of existing pumping station site; 2. associated and consequential reconfiguration of existing public open space area in Bollarney Woods, including realignment of pedestrian path and reprofiling of green areas (with resultant amendments to Reg. Ref: 16/1116 as previously amended by 19/390); 3. upgrades within the existing wastewater pumping station site, including provision of pipework, pumps, penstocks, screens, manholes, telemetry kiosk, vacuum pump kiosk, ESB kiosk / mini-pillar, welfare kiosk, pedestrian gateway to rear, lifting gantry, reconfiguration / provision of associated services, utilities and connections, and ancillary operational and maintenance equipment; and, 4. all associated and ancillary works and development above and below ground level including hard and soft landscaping, demolition / removal of existing elements, ancillary infrastructure, services and connections pipework / ducting and enabling and temporary works throughout (including temporary construction access point to the Dublin Road).
