a mixed use commercial facility to include traditional self storage, drive up enterprise storage units and office accommodation. the traditional self storage, office floor area and some of the drive up units are contained within a 3 storey building with a floor area of 6,305m2 in the centre of the site with 435m2 of office space, 4,883m2 self storage area, and 987m2 drive up unit area, additional drive up units provide 818m2 of enterprise storage floor area and are located to the east and west of the central self storage / office building, the proposed 3 storey building has a height of approx. 10.9 meters, the single storey drive up enterprise storage units have a max height of 5.3 meters, the total development floor area is proposed at 7,123m2, the proposed development includes external signage, lighting, landscaping, parking and set down areas, site drainage and all associated development, vehicle access is provided off the Kilcoole Road
