Retention is sought for site boundaries and site levels as constructed, revised location of the garden room, changes to all elevations of the house and garden room, hard and soft landscaping and surfaces of the development along with front piers and walls. Permission is sought to replace the front boundary hedge with hedging to match the existing northeast boundary and all associated site development works
