development which will consist of the demolition of the remaining derelict structures on the site and the construction of a mixed-use development ranging in height from four to five storeys comprising 27 apartments (including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units) with associated private open spaces, two ground floor retail units accessed from Castle Street, one ground floor commercial unit, a shared entrance lobby serving the apartments and commercial unit, accessed from Spoutwell Lane, bicycle storage, bin storage, stair and lift cores, internal courtyard, landscaping, drainage, utility services, roof-mounted photovoltaic panels and all associated site development works
