Two new apartments added to Markievicz Road building, derelict site cleared

development consisting of: the demolition of an existing derelict two-storey structure fronting Holborn Street; the construction of an extension and associated works to the existing residential building at 7–8 Markievicz Road to provide two additional one-bedroom apartments, fully served by the existing access, stair core and lift; the provision of ancillary ground-floor bicycle storage, refuse storage and plant accommodation accessed from Holborn Street for the benefit of the existing and proposed residential units; the provision of a roof terrace and an external access ladder to facilitate safe access to the existing roof of 7–8 Markievicz Road for plant and water tank maintenance; and all associated site works, services, drainage and ancillary works
