Permission for (a) the replacement of the existing roof and internal and external modifications to the existing derelict and ruinous structure, together with the demolition of the rear cottage walls; (b) the construction of a new two-storey extension to the side of the dwelling, over the footprint of the previously storm-damaged agricultural sheds; (c) the decommissioning of old septic tank and the provision of a new relocated wastewater treatment system incorporating tertiary treatment in accordance with the EPA Code of Practice 2021; (d) the construction of new entrance gate piers, including the partial removal of the roadside hedgerow and existing roadside gate piers to provide adequate sightlines, together with associated new landscaping; and all associated site development works and services necessary at
