Retention Permission and Permission for the following: 1) Retention of one pre-fabricated office unit. 2) Decommission the existing vehicle wash bay and associated infrastructure. 3) Erect new stand-alone Recovery Facility Building. The Recovery Facility will be used for the acceptance and recovery of non-hazardous liquid waste, including the separation of bio solids, edible oils and fats for transport and treatment off site. All by-products will be transported to third party authorised recovery facilities for further processing for green energy production or liquid biofuels. 4) Install new carbon filtration system. 5) Erect new two-storey office and storage building. 6) Connection to existing site services, access via existing entrance; alterations to existing site boundary walls; associated car and HGV parking; installation of a weighbridge; and all ancillary site works, (A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been submitted to the Planning Authority with this application) at
