Permission for amendments to the permitted gas-fired power plant at this site in Monksland, Athlone, Co. Roscommon (Reg. Ref. PD/18/256, as amended by PD/22/234, PD/24/60393 and PD/25/60336). The development will consist of a revised internal layout of the permitted workshop building, resulting in a partial change of use of a permitted storeroom, to a control room with an office and communications room, and the change of use of the permitted office to a kitchenette. The total size of the workshop building will remain unchanged. The gas-fired power plant development permitted under Reg. Ref.
