for internal and external alterations to a protected structures (TTEDP 2010-2016 [extended to 2020] RPS 23-384 and RPS 23-385). The alterations to rear elevation to change three existing windows to fire rated windows and the removal of existing external fire stairs as per approved fire safety certificate and retention for internal alterations to existing layout and retention for 2 no. temporary prefab units for ancillary services and the removal and replacement of existing paint finish on iron railings at High Street frontage and including the retention of change of use from hostel to emergency accommodation for protected persons and planning permission is also sought for internal alterations to provide new additional ensuite bathrooms at ground, first and second floors all associated internal partitions and doors and associated site works and services
