Full description from the council file
the demolition of the existing conservatory to the rear of the existing dwelling house and construct a new site entrance with new front boundary wall and a new two storey side extension. These works will include internal reconfiguration of the floor plan, alterations to existing window opes on all elevations, and decommissioning of an existing septic tank and installation of a new replacement treatment plant and percolation area and all associated site works
