Units – 2no. 2 bedroom houses and 2no. 3 bedroom houses, 2 storey, terraced block in a single streetscape building. (E) Connection to mains sewer, landscaping, boundary walls, bin / bike storage, car parking and all associated site development works. (F) Demolition of existing 2 storey house + demolition of existing sheds
